Guest speakers at the award functions have been Mr Randall Robinson, President of the Washington-based TransAfrica Forum; Dr Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister of St Vincent & The Grenadines; Professor Rex Nettleford, Vice-Chancellor of the University of the West Indies; The Most Hon. P.J. Patterson, Prime Minister of Jamaica; and Ms Diane Abbott, British Parliamentarian.
