The Foundation will work with the Government and all local and international groups that are committed to pursuing its principal objective.

Establish and Maintain a Documentation Centre to secure the papers, documents, books, photographs, texts and audio-visual records of Manley's public life

Many of his ideas are documented in countless articles, speeches and interviews with the national and international press. There are also eight books on politics, international relations, trade unionism and West Indies cricket that he authored between 1972 and 1991.
